Ben Potash | Founder, Lawyer
Benjamin M. Potash is a dedicated attorney based in Louisville, Kentucky, with a diverse and accomplished background in law. After beginning his career in copywriting, Ben pursued his passion for justice by attending the University of Louisville Law School, graduating in 2016. During his time in law school, he distinguished himself as a member of the inaugural class of the Louisville Bar Foundation's Greenebaum Human Rights Fellowship in 2014. This prestigious fellowship highlighted his commitment to civil rights and human rights advocacy early in his career.
Following his graduation, Ben served as a public defender, where he honed his skills in representing individuals facing criminal charges. In 2018, he transitioned into private practice, focusing initially on criminal defense before expanding his expertise into plaintiff’s litigation. His experience as a public defender and criminal defense attorney provided him with a deep understanding of the legal challenges faced by individuals, which he now applies to his broader litigation practice.

In 2022, Ben founded The Potash Law Firm, where he is renowned for handling high-visibility civil liberties cases. His firm is committed to advocating for clients in various areas of law, including civil rights, business law, personal injury, and property damage. Aaron Kemper | Of Counsel
Aaron graduated at the top of his class in 2006 and went on to attend the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He gained valuable experience in civil defense work at Robbins, Kelly Patterson, & Tucker and interned with the Honorable Steve Martin at the Ohio Court of Common Pleas. After serving as a judicial clerk in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Aaron returned to his beloved hometown of Louisville, KY, to practice law that truly impacts the community. Aaron is best know for his work in the areas of civil rights, personal injury, wills and probate, traffic violations, discrimination cases, insurance bad faith claims, and dental malpractice.
Zac Meihaus | Of Counsel
Zac graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2013. He began his career as an Assistant Jefferson County Attorney, honing his skills in felony, misdemeanor, and traffic prosecution. Zac is known for his work in criminal defense, auto accidents, personal injury, family law, DUI, and traffic tickets.
